Ncontracts – Senior VP, Risk Services

Mitchell is Ncontracts' Senior Vice President of Risk Services. He was formerly the Chief Risk Officer for Citadel Federal Credit Union and was responsible for the Collection and Risk Departments where he was charged with assessing and minimizing economic, physical and technological risk. Prior to joining Citadel, Mitchell was General Counsel and a Senior Vice President of Police and Fire Federal Credit Union for 24 years, where he was in charge of the Legal, Collection and Human Resources Departments, as well as served as Chief Compliance Officer. Mitchell received a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University.



Ncontracts – Risk Solutions Architect
Michael Carpenter is a Solutions Architect at Ncontracts after having built solid expertise in all facets of risk management throughout his 20-year career. Some of the roles he has held during his career include Chief Risk Officer, BSA Officer, Compliance Officer, and Information Security Officer. He has built and run programs such as ERM, Board of Director training/reporting, BSA/AML, ID Theft and Red Flags, Information Security,  and Compliance Management Systems – making him an indispensable resource in helping FIs understand the need, as well as providing support for the application of best practices, for all aspects under the risk management umbrella. He has worked in both small community and large institutions. 



TRUPOINT Partners – VP, Relationship Management

Justin has worked with more than 1,000 banks, CUs, mortgage companies and auto finance organizations to implement and maintain compliance solutions for: OFAC, CIP, compliance training, Reg CC, AML, CRA, redlining and fair lending. Today, he specializes in fair lending, redlining and CRA regulatory consulting including: risk assessments, comparative analysis, regression modeling and geospatial/dot density analysis. Taking into account a client’s unique organizational structures and identifying compliance risk, he helps to implement data analysis and risk assessments, explain the results and provide risk mitigation strategies.



Ncontracts – VP of Compliance
Stephanie Lyon directs Ncontracts’ compliance program, which includes product development and content. Prior to joining Ncontracts, she was a senior compliance counsel at NAFCU where she advised over 800 financial institutions on compliance-related topics. While at NAFCU, she served as a faculty member for the NAFCU Compliance School and the Bank Secrecy Compliance Seminar and is a well-regarded public speaker at industry functions. She is a frequent author on compliance and risk management topics. Ms. Lyon got her start in the industry by serving in key roles at financial institutions in risk management, compliance and BSA operations.




Ncontracts – Senior Product Specialist
Tara Roussey is a Senior Product Specialist at Ncontracts, with an Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP) certification from DRI International. She has been with the company for 4.5 years, beginning as a Solutions Architect. Today, Tara works closely with many banks and credit unions to help implement, develop, and enhance their Business Continuity Plans.

The registration cost covers all event participation and meals during the conference. Attendees will be responsible for flights, transportation to/from airport, incidentals, and hotel.

Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, after which registrations will be held on a waiting list. No refunds after September 18 – attendees will have the option of receiving a credit to be used towards a future Ngage event or sending a substitute attendee. Your company will be invoiced for the cost of registration.
